1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the FlowEra service, including the web application, API, and any associated services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service. Accessing the service constitutes unconditional acceptance of all terms.

2. Service Description

FlowEra is a cloud-based task management platform with offline-first sync powered by PowerSync. The service includes project management tools (kanban, list, gantt), a knowledge base editor, analytics, and team collaboration features. The service is provided "as is" during open beta — functionality may change, expand, or be removed without prior notice. We strive for stable operation but do not guarantee 100% uptime during the beta period.

3. Your Account

Using FlowEra requires registration. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date. You are responsible for the security of your credentials — use a strong password and do not share access credentials with third parties. We are not liable for any harm arising from unauthorized use of your account. You must notify us immediately of any security breach affecting your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use FlowEra only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:

• use the service for illegal activities, including violations of data protection laws;
• upload or distribute malicious content, spam, or material that infringes third-party rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to FlowEra systems or other users' data;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from the platform;
• automatically scrape data from the platform without FlowEra's written consent;
• use the service in ways that may degrade its performance or availability for other users.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights to the FlowEra platform, including source code, design, logos, algorithms, and documentation, belong to FlowEra and its creators. Nothing in these terms grants you the right to use FlowEra trademarks or other protected assets without our explicit written consent.

Your data and content created using FlowEra — tasks, projects, documentation, comments — remain your property. You grant FlowEra a limited license to store, process, and sync this data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Data Privacy

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you agree to the data processing terms described therein. We process data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

7. Limitation of Liability

FlowEra is provided without warranties during the open beta period. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowEra and its creators are not liable for:

• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
• data loss, lost profits, or service interruptions;
• damages arising from third-party actions or force majeure.

We take every reasonable measure to protect your data, but recommend periodically exporting important information as a precaution.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. FlowEra reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service in the event of a breach of these terms or for other reasonable cause, with notice where possible. Upon account deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our data retention policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the service interface no less than 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
